Friendly French Conversation was set up to meet the needs of those who are fairly fluent in the language and enjoy chatting in an informal atmosphere.

We are a lively group interested in talking about culture, current affairs, and everyday lives, in fact any subject which is of interest.

We schedule our informal gatherings for every Monday afternoon at the leader's home in Alderminster, the idea being that folks drop in and have a chat for an hour or so when they can. We have found that most weeks the conversation has flowed naturally but there are some prompts to hand just in case. We like to think we are 'what it says on the tin' and help each other with grammar or vocabulary issues.
